      Any pros that I could think of have evaporated

      Cons

      Where to start? * no raises * no promotions * no bonuses * no respect * insufferable workloads * ridiculous "points system" to replace bonuses, which everyone finds a joke * elimination of carryover PTO * elimination of insurance stipend that helped offset the skyrocketing premiums post-merger

      Pros

      The people you work with are friendly and easy to get along with which make it really enjoyable to be around. The dress code is more or less relaxed as long as you don't wear anything provocative. You learn a lot and get to experience a decent amount, more than if you had the same job at a different company. Very flexible hours too.

      Cons

      The pay is on the low end of what we should be making.
