Pros

Syneos Health offers a highly flexible, fully remote working environment, which is its main advantage and can be especially attractive for people who place a high value on work-from-home flexibility and autonomy. For employees who prioritize remote work over other factors, this can make the role appealing.

Cons

However, the compensation structure is less competitive. The base salary is relatively low, and the benefits package is not particularly strong compared with other employers in the industry. Overall, it is best suited to people who are willing to trade stronger pay and benefits for the convenience of a flexible remote position.

Pros

I’m comfortable here — which frankly, is wonderful. Based on my specific role (which is a bit unique) I have great work/life balance and great pay. But requires setting boundaries and being firm.

Cons

It’s an agency, so it can be stressful and demanding at times. Upward mobility depends primarily on willingness to do new business.
