      Pros

      Vertical movement, if desired, and willing to work hard and put yourself out there.

      Cons

      Direct report headcount for managers at an all time high and steady at at least 20, average 22-25. Inadequate training for evolving Project Specialist responsibilities and lack of transparency for managers to support their direct reports in their careers. Lots of unrest since summer 2023, which can happen in any company, I realize, so not unique to Syneos Health, but times are tough currently, so the work is piled on and employees can either choose to stay and bear it or leave.

      - Benefits - pretty average - Pay - could be better - Managers - hit or miss (I have had fantastic managers and also very awful managers)

      Cons

      - Everything is constantly changing - Not loyal at all to long term employees - your loyalty means nothing to them

      Inflated their finances with fake projects that never hit or made fake meetings with people for projects that were not real Saw unacceptable business ethics when it came to deliverables (reusing reports, manipulating data, not letting us bill true hours) Pitching capabilities that the company didn't have like sound data analytics Fostered a culture of stealing IP from other teams Lack of team culture (i.e., frequent days off during 12-week projects, general unpreparedness to lead, complete misalignment of priorities at a project and group level). Withholding deliverables from clients (models or explanatory materials supporting recommendations)
