So many! They have closed door policy. Can't speak to people who are higher up or even if I walked to the developers to discuss more, so I could potentially grow and transfer to their team. It would make HR uncomfortable and send me back to the help desk section. Nobody talks about growth. I was new and expected to talk to my peers but they never talked to me properly but HR blamed me. HR is a joke she is 1 person who walks around getting nitty gritty and involved in everything. The upper management thinks they the president or something and acts like they can not be spoken to. Karl is the worst. He doesn't train you properly and expects you to pick up on everything asap. This company is so dumb they don't even let you go to doctors appointments until you have worked here 3 months. So if I get hit by a truck I have to show up the next day?
