      Pros

      Some of the senior managers are great and keep things in order. Unfortunately these are the people that are overworked and demotivated. I heard that the company reduced the bonus of senior managers this year!!! Benefits are ok. Some programs are growing. People in those programs are doing well.

      Cons

      CEO and President have their eyes on revenue and profit without any respect for the well-being of employees. Bullying employees is common. President is the worst. Team members are laid off frequently. It is very difficult to find a position after rolloff from one project. There are no second chances. They offer very little pay hike and bonus.

      Pros

      Many opprtunities for getting credentials and getting your foot in government jobs. Good for those looking to get their first job and learning.

      Cons

      Onboarding is all over the place, extreme turn over rate, Unorganized, Will not be giving you any warning that you are fired. Very low salary.

      Cons

      -Toxic work environment -Onboarding experience was terrible; I had to reach out, not a very welcoming environment -There was no communication nor nobody was a team player; you're basically on your own -They misled me throughout the interview -The job I was doing did not at all fit in the job description that I applied for -My team did not have an open mindset -There was no work/life balance -Very HIGH turn over rate
