Pros

The company culture is one of polite, helpful people. The management at Synergy treats their team members with respect and fairness. In my opinion, people quit bosses more often than jobs. The nature of the work requires different managers be put in and pulled out of projects. Within the past two years, I have had three different managers... two of them have been excellent and the third is no longer with the company.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the new health plan through UMR, however if you are a low user of the health plan it will work just fine.

Synergy is the place to be, an awesome company! As a new employee I was immediately welcomed as part of the Synergy Team! Great benefits, and competitive compensation as well! After just a short time it is evident, I made the right decision to join Synergy!
