I know the both of you probably I have worked with many different companies. Each offering of course , many unique experience. Out of all the companies I have worked for SynergyBis has been the most extraordinary company I have ever had the pleasure of working for. Synergy has impacted my life very positively as a father and husband. The benfeits are absolutley competitive, the resources for employees and appreciation is unlike any. Did you know that SynergyBis dental insurance covers orthodontic treatments? 50% up to 1500 dollars regardless of age. This is very RARE. Thanks to Synergy I will be getting braces tomorrow. My last comment, management. To describe them in one word I would use, Excellent. Jason Martin ensures that all team members are heard and supported with his open door possibility. He ensures his employees have a good work/life balance. I have reoccurring appointments and he has never told me no.
