      Pros

      Everyone is friendly. Management goes out of their way to find the right contract to place you on. O's and Ravens game raffles. Employee perks are great.

      Pros

      Great leadership and employees who care about one another and supporting national security related interests. The company looks at employees as unique individuals who have unique needs. It's refreshing to experience.

      Cons

      The only downside is that our primary customer makes remote work arrangements difficult.
