      Synergy ECP creates great company culture with wonderful employee-centered events. They understand work-life balance and work hard to develop and retain their employees. Synergy ECP is growing so has many opportunities for current employees and new hires to join us!.

      Cons

      As Employment Engagement Manager I wish I had more regular contact with our contract employees, but hope to change that as part of my role.
