      Employee was only with the company for about 60 days and then only provided 3 days resignation notice but didn't report to work on the last day. We have an extensive catalog of Skillsoft training courses that employees can access free of charge to them.

      Ability to take on new professional growth initiatives outside client delivery not normally offered in larger firms.

      Cons

      As a smaller company they have less contracts to move to if you want a change in delivery roles.
