Pros

great benefits, slightly above average pay, work life balance

Cons

Golden harvest, syngenta flagship seed brand, is continually dumping good money after bad into the GHX brand. GHX is ridiculous attempt to get into the seed market by selling at acre pricing. There is no real reason to be a part of GHX as a customer, except that leadership is mandating it. All sales in GHX are simply converted Golden Harvest business and the company has not grown since 2020, the year they started GHX. The reason why this is important is because the company is going broke funding a useless business model and instead of cutting their losses, they are doubling down at the expense of their existing long term customers. This disaster will culminate in unstable business and leadership decisions and eventual layoffs. I would not go to work for Golden Harvest, but i definitely would go to work for Syngenta
