      Many roles are flexible with hours and if you would like new experiences. Decent health insurance 16 weeks maternity leave Friendly people Fairly progressive

      Cons

      The company is large so you can get lost in the crowd. In some groups within the company there is an expectation that an employee must fit a certain mold The mental health portal they used was not always helpful.
