Very professional team. High level of innovation. Always something interesting to do, new projects to be involved in, great place for professional development. Compensation and benefits are great.
Cons
Bullying to its perfection, at it's own most refined and subtle level, Although company has policies against it, they never apply them. If you speak your mind against it, you are out, If you disagree with leadership, you are black listed. Poor business management, then find escaping goats to keep their privileges. Lay off vulnerable people disregarding proficiency and achievements. Human quality and ethics problem. Promiscuous unethical behaviors not interrupted if you are friend with influencing high managers.
