      Pros

      The environment was amazing. I felt supported by my bosses and co-workers. They listened to constructive criticism and helped you grow into a better employee by offering sound advice and criticism that well spoken and not used against you. I felt appreciated.

      Pros

      Hard work and bringing the best solution to the table is valued here. You will likely work with people from all over the world on an important problem. This was my first full time job, and it put my career on a good start.

      Cons

      One general thing is that salaries and bonuses are tied commodity prices, especially corn. I definitely left at the wrong time! But overall I have no complaints about the compensation. Hours could be unstable (we were busiest in the fall). This was not my experience, but I have had colleagues who felt slighted by managers and others at the company. I don't know how common this was.
