      1. Minimum 100% bonus from CTC and additional profit sharing plan apart from CTC. 2. Good amount of holidays. 3. Less work load. 4. No working on weekends. 5. Descent yearly hike. 6. Hybrid work. 7. Latest technologies. 8. You can switch between teams with another tech stack

      Cons

      1. Slow work environment. 2. Work has no quality like top product company, but better than service based. 3. Some products don't have significant user base so you won't get exposure to difficulty complexity of design and issues.
