      - Excellent equipment - Excellent and friendly research environment - Plenty of opportunities for collaborations, teamwork, and training

      Cons

      - Its difficult to think of any drawback, perhaps the location and the need to take public transport/drive into work usually. However, you could also bike if you live close enough.
