      Good potential, but... a messy company in reality (post 2024)

      Pros

      Fair workload, most people mangers are generally respectful of work-life balance, good company culture (at least on paper)

      Cons

      Painstakingly long decision processes and unclear accountabilities make projects a nightmare. Gender imbalance in managerial roles is serious. No higher learning opportunities (except from low quality Company materials). "Feedback culture" but feedback is often neglected.
