      Solid company, but the growing pains left something to be desired

      Pros

      - Innovation and forward-thinking to agritech is definitely a pro to working here. - For the most part, there is no such thing as a terrible idea. - Benefits and resources to are fantastic.

      Cons

      - Work hours; Balance can be difficult to attain if on intensive projects. - The RTO goals during a pandemic surge felt rushed. - Occasional favoritism within teams/divisions can be a bit grating.
