Good company, lots of bureaucracy

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Global company, individual growth potential, learning resources, safety culture, network of internal scientists

Cons

Working in a department that was not a focus area dangerously thinly resourced, Managers not trained well to supervise, Culture imposed is not same as what is applied by leadership resourcing, some programs function more to cover from lawsuits rather than meet functionality for end users, some groups that were not corn/soy were poorly compensated for higher work expectation put on small teams, work to be done in small regional sites was intensive and not well enough resourced compared to large corporate offices

Very very safety oriented, good work schedule

Cons

Favoritism at it’s best, racist, doesn’t value your work, hard or near impossible to advance and better yourself.
