      Very small plant. You are either in or out. Some units are not very diverse. Good old boy culture

      Pros

      It is a great place to work... Employees have great access to information, training, relationship building and communication with upper level management.

      Cons

      Downside to working with Syngenta is that many of their employees are on contract, therefore it is inconsistency when dealing with their customer base and employee output.
