      Good perks, needs better organization

      Pros

      Created a very positive work environment, new division with lots of support financially and quick responses from other inter-dependent divisions

      Cons

      Our division was new so direction hadn't been set very well. Responsibilities were vague and due to the placement of team members it was hard to communicate issues and keep everyone well informed of current best practices

      Large company with lots of employment opportunities. High expectations of employees. Adequate Salary. Good Benefits

      Cons

      Lots of travel to small rural communities. Constant re-organization. A difficult mix of highly educated people and under-educated people with longevity.
