Pros

Safe work environment to explore and innovate - leadership provides good safe net. Several employees have been working at Syngenta for a very very long time like 5, 10, 15, 20 yrs and beyond - I have never seen such large number of employees having such high long service years in a single organization.

Internal business analyst layer of IT organization is weak and will take a toll on all dependent processes
