      Pros

      It has loads of opportunity and you can change tdepartment easily, the work environment is great, workers are very competent and professional.

      Cons

      The place is isolated, and the salary is low for the cost of living in the area, does not offer benefit, does not offer sponsorship for VISA to oversea candidate, does not pay extra hours or unused holiday. Management can be slow, useless. Practises ar esomewhat old-fashionned, no perspective for career development.
