      - Flexible working & great benefits, including healthcare - Good culture & relaxed atmosphere for such a large, global company - Company is good at investing in people & developing talent, so long as you are prepared to show drive and willing

      Cons

      - Pay is a little on the lower end of the market range for most roles. - Annual bonuses can be very unpredictable as business performance is weather-dependent.
