      Pros

      Great colleagues and facilities. Interesting work in Product Safety with global interactions both from a business and technical perspective. Improving IS support Research now operating better than Development function for first time in 20 years

      Cons

      Uncompetitive pay. Product Safety function currently struggling due to combination of good managers leaving and being sidelined combined with mediocre HQ leadership. Unsupported perception by HQ leadership that external recruitment will produce better results than utilising and developing internal staff. Too little opportunity to operate independently.
