      A lot of internal opportunities if you are associated with the right people. Nice facility, and good vacation plan

      Cons

      Hard working people are not always visible to management. Direct manager a lot of time are not influencing the performance review

      Pros

      The benefits are a little better than those of the competitors, but not that much better. Vacation time is easy to come and go as you please and unlimited sick time are nice.

      Cons

      The low pay in comparison to the competition in the area. Also promotions are hard to come by. Continually changing managers and not backfilling people who move on for "Career Development" are disheartening.
