      - Good payment and benefits.

      - Brutal conflict of interests inside and outside of the company. - Shady deals in terms of personal benefit- from old company cars and apparel to unlawful contracts with retailers done by senior management. - No career opportunities and opportunity of promotion. - Managers should be chosen by skill set, not by time done in the company. - Much much more. - Contract terms and payment are not secret and those for external employees are 100% discriminatory! That is the way of the corporation to smash recently graduated specialists with no career opportunities. Even no training is included.
