      Great people. Great geographical reach. Great leadership training. Great career development. Clear ownership now away from the short-term focus of the stock market and major investors. Good growth plan a key attribute too

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy and process. Decision making takes forever. Nothing agile about this company. Entrepreneurship is not apparent and now a slow innovator in agri-business. Other competitors are out-pacing Syngenta in defining and investing in the future of ag.
