      Overall world caliber company, difficult times now

      Pros

      Big corporation, world caliber overall, fairly stable especially at country level (not in Basel head office though). Global market leader in certain segments. strong talent not uncommon. Established processes, big potential. History of being responsive to changing market conditions.

      Cons

      Not in a perfect shape business wise, have been missing budget for a few years now. A little bit bureaucratic. Not a fantastic compensation package. Financial systems a bit below what one would expect of such a big company.
