      Cons

      Frequent changes in strategy and organisation, too much expat in Latin America, sense of not having a clear future direction, even though there is a clear strategy.

      Great culture. Nice people to work with, very professionals. Matrix environment, very international with plenty of ambiguity - great place to learn how to navigate in this kind of organizations. Lot of growth opportunities if you are willing to.
