      Pros

      Great company with engaging values, size to make and impact and vision. Big enough to allow for internal vertical and horizontal moves to allow for a tailored career path

      Cons

      Pace of changes is a bit more rapid than needed, leading people to question sustainability of the implemented adjustments. Back and forth moves.

      Once a trainee always a trainee

      Pros

      Good culture, good learning environment, great collaboration with members of the departments. At least you will have real responsibilities as a trainee. Mostly you will do tasks they don't have time for, or someone did it before their position got cut. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Once you join as a trainee they will never offer you a full time role. No matter how hard you work. They might keep you as a contractor through third party, but then you don't get any of the benefits.

      Syngenta India- poor leadership at top level , integrity issues , confused organization , they don't know where they are going. Most of the good people have moved on . Pathetic sales organization ... MD runs most of the functions , old man with no vision . Has taken company down culturally
