      Salary is okay. Hybrid office model is there.

      Cons

      No career growth. No learning. Full of politics. No real mentorship. HR is too far and never helps. All the policies and "ways of working" are subject to your relation with leadership. More focus on building and running business through relation than actual work. Senior management and leadership is pathetic. Working without true vision and philosophy. Always putting pressure on team below them.
