      Pros

      Good management approach with human element approach. Give employees chance for improvement and not go for quick layoff/firing. Employees usually stays for long duration. Friendly environment overall, collaborative approach. Good supporter of work-life balance.

      Cons

      Average salary, not top of the line, just the median. Too much structures, conservative approach...truly go by the book, sometime loses edge in the market.
