      Pros

      Global company; solid business; a company that has been growing since 2000. The Seeds Business plus Crop Protection have been growing in Brazil. Senior leaders well prepared and most of them with real concern about people relations and people development, specially leaders in Switzerland and UK.

      Cons

      The location is not too easy considering the heavy traffic in the area. Matrix structure is very complex.
