      Pros

      Good holidays, some good management, and in general ok. Operating staff are excellent; helpful and full of some excellent ideas.

      Cons

      Not innovative, not a lot of opportunities to progress, even with SIPM. SIPM also a fatal flaw to driving improvement in the workplace. Meagre pay increases, and lack of leadership.
