      Pros

      Great retirement match and contribution, good health care benefits package that was affordable.

      Cons

      High turnover in decision-making roles. Inconsistent rules, frequent rule changes, lack of accountability, management isn't present on site. Bringing issues up to management garners the response "bring me solutions, not problems". Management did not exhibit willingness to listen or lead change.

      Pros

      Collaborative environment, good work life balance, benefits are great. Very transparent company with a focus on accountability, ethics and safety.

      Cons

      The large size has made it complex to navigate, often times decision owners aren't clear so work can take longer than it should as decisions are either delayed or re-work is needed due to a missing stakeholder.
