      Pros

      Global company, with aspirations to reaching over 20 billion sales withing the next 10 years. Good place to work in Greensboro.

      Cons

      With the new united strategy put in place - combining seeds and crop protection, there is a lot of re-aligning of objectives and idea which are not just solidified.

      1. it does it all type of work, like small scale, large scale (kilo lab) and development new agrochemicals and also does biological testing of the compounds. 2. paid good salary to the employee.

      Cons

      1. Limited only in agrochemicals. It would be great if it has other other brunches for doing research in pharma.
