3 weeks vacation out of the gate

Cons

Pay for staff is not competative. Increases are all but non-existent. Inadequate staff levels force persons to work unreasoanable overtime.

Great hours, wonderful people, great compensation and freedom to work and attend to personal things. Very organized labs and office space.

I really liked how there was always opportunity for improvement or advancement.

Cons

I disliked the constant changes to structure. At times it seemed uneccessary or to create more of a hassle. More communication as to why, would be helpful.
