There are some great people embeded with some very "interesting" folks. As a global company your colleagues are from anywhere and sometimes they forget that what is allowed in their country is not acceptable in others.

Cons

They have zero sense of boundries. Depending on where in the organization you work, they will take nothing less than your soul.
