      Some colleagues are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Many deeply entrenched, incompetent employees who have cruised along in this environment for years. Echo chamber thinking and stunning lack of innovation for a high tech company. Fealty is the SOP.

      Pros

      There are bananas in the break room during breakfast and lunch hours. I still don’t really know what the strengths of this company are.

      Cons

      It has such an “everyone keeps to themselves” atmosphere that it probably wouldn’t even feel strange if the person sitting next to me disappeared tomorrow.
