      Pros

      I really admired that our company that has strong values and shows up for its employees. I felt that while working at Synopsys, the best way to describe it was stability. While there are many different seasons of life, I put high value into a stable work environment that is respectful and has a strong vision. Synopsys had all that and I was grateful to work in that type of environment for a portion of my career.
