Pros
I can only talk about Pros, I believe, because, Synopsys is a right place for someone who wants to live a life of human and not robot. The flexibility that the company allows for it's employees is something which I've not seen else where. The beauty of it lies in the transparency in the hierarchy of management. It is as simple as a jabber ping to anyone in the organisation to talk about any detail. There are no hidden barrier, not allowing employees to know what is happening or keeping them in dark. The over all taking-care is quite good in here. It is peaceful. Everyone around are so nice & knowledgeable. & it ensures to deliver QUALITY products. Albeit, it is the leader in EDA tools today, I'm sure, It will shine even more in the coming days. I've loved my stay here, so far & would love to be here for years to go by!
