      Pros

      Interesting work, high quality of people and good working environment. Provide good work-life balanced and flexible work environment. Ability to work in different geographies.

      Cons

      It is not easy to change position or to grow at the company. The marketing and the business units are separate, and the cooperation between the two groups is not always perfect.

      Pros

      Good office atmosphere, good facilities, a lot of tools to help engineers, flexible working time and space, chance to work with a global team.

      Cons

      Not much so far. But since we work with a global team it's often that we have to attending a meeting at odd hours.
