      Pros

      The company is stable. Work life balance. The company encourages you to get fit, volunteer, social with coworkers. Nice people to work with. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Lack of challenge. Compensation. No cross training (At least I didn't see any in the past 5+ years.) In IT, I don't find bonus.

      The management team are engineers and haven't managing skills. Very poor management, Low salaries, No changes.

      Good place to work, values and ethics are taken up with priority. Open door police is a big plus.

      Pros

      Good peer support, excellent projects for overall development, upper management supports very well during critical projects.

      Cons

      Sometimes timelines are un-clear due to customer needs, and as a team we need to cover up for the time line shifts. I guess this is a genuine issue faced in every company.
