      Stability in Job - You will have very less chance to get fired. Less Workload - You decide how much you want to do Work-life balance - you can spend plenty of time with family Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Low Paying - Pays less than industry average Low Growth - Takes long time to reach management ladder. Not at all suitable if you are planning MBA Low research - Hardly any work worth publishing
