      Pros

      Schedule flexibility. Synopsys provides solutions for all aspects of the semiconductor industry allowing plenty of opportunities for people who have expertise in a number of related fields.

      Cons

      Environment is male dominated. Not an exciting industry anymore.

      Pros

      Family oriented, Willing to work with your schedule to allow you to attend family events. Results oriented, getting your job done is what matters most.

      Cons

      Some people are put into management that have no ideas how to manage. Just hope you don't get one.

      Pros

      Stable working environment. Bonus is guaranteed. Company is successful in its field. better than average salary.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow. Upper management is stagnant. You have to work with twenty year old code. After some time, you do not learn new stuff.
