      Pros

      Very positive work place. Very technically driven management team. Industry leader. Wide array of products. Very good work life balance. Good flexibility. Great relationships. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Not very aggressive in terms of product marketing. But this gives the company a technology flavor. Recently a slight change towards cutting costs have had its slight negative impact. Incessant focus on cutting costs have favored aggressive management styles instead of the traditional respectful management attitude.

      - Good work-life balance - Good benefits - Visionary CEO (... but is losing charm slowly).

      Cons

      - Company is not growing as such. Growth in earning is purely by acquiring new companies. - No company growth => No career growth. - Too much people stuck at mid-level so not much room for growth. - Poor mid-level management. - 401(k) matching is $1500/year.
