      Pros

      Work assignment, projects and planning are all professionally managed. As long as you are good at your work, you are respected and grow well within the organization. One certainly gets a satisfaction of having done good work. Knowledgeable, helpful colleagues. What I like most is that the company places a lot of emphasis on quality, values and culture and less emphasis on hype. Simply put, your work speaks for itself.

      Cons

      After sometime, work may become routine. As with any product company, opportunities and time to upgrade your skills may be limited.
