      Synopsys was a great place to work.

      Pros

      The people at Synopsys were some of the most Intelligent people I have ever worked with. The many products are state of the art. There is a very good work/life balance. Hours were flexible as long as you got your work done. Good medical/dental/vision and 401k match.

      Cons

      Being a global company, people sometimes had to work early morning or late evening to deal with people in other timezones. Management was sometimes hard to get a hold of because of them attending too many meetings.

      -Intense focus on professional development -Strong leadership team -Amazing friendly and social atmosphere/culture (People love to be at work) -Opportunity to work on the cutting edge technologies and solving some of the toughest challenges -Open culture - One can go and have a word with person at any level

      Cons

      Sometimes priorities can change, you need to be pretty flexible with outside commitments and be ready for whatever your work demands.
