      It is pleasure to work with good people around the globe, different sites There are opportunities to grow, and it's up to an employee to be proactive and improve his/her skills and go up in career

      Cons

      In Synopsys it takes a lot of time to grow in career Also, salary rises very slowly, and the reason is not what you are doing. But you should always fight with management to rise the salary. You feel yourself not satisfied and not complete
